The purpose of CreateAPlan Gold is to give brokers and managers a tool to assist agents define, build and stay on track of their business plan. Inside Gold you can access agents’ business plans and make changes, create productivity reports and monitor user activities.

Each of the Gold reports allows for customization by selecting all or just a few of the agents using CreateAPlan Silver.

Additionally, Gold has features allowing you, the manager, to set defaults and prevent certain areas from being changed or accessed.

• Agent Summary Report
  Aggregates all the business plans from agents in your office using CreateAPlan Silver.
  
  
• Sources of Business Report
  Aggregates the various Sources of Business entered by agents using CreateAPlan Silver. In the Gold package you can set defaults for certain Sources of Business so you can see how many transaction will be closed from those particular sources.
  
  
• Master Activity Log Report
  Displays the last four weeks of Activities and Appointments entered into the Activity Log by your agents.
  
  
• Office Plan Versus Actual
  Tallies current Closed Listing and Buyers and associated earnings by agent.
  
  
• Current Listing Report
  Displays all Listings entered that have not been closed or terminated by the agent.
